Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021| B.E/B.Tech/ Any Degree| Latest Job Update

Indian Air Force(IAF) has announced the announcement of the position of Commissioner. However, BE / B.Tech of any grade may apply for Indian Air Force data. An interested and qualified person can read the details below and can apply online for an IAF job.

IAF Recruitment Details

Eligibility Criteria Of IAF

For Flying Branch:

A minimum of 60% marks each in Maths & Physics at 10 + 2 level.

Graduates (Three-Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University who receive a 60% or similar OR

BE / B Tech (Four-Year Course) from a university known for 60% or equivalent marks.

Purification of the A&B category of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a 60% or equivalent mark.

For Ground Duty (Technical):

Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics)/(Mechanical):

Applicants with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10 + 2 and under four years of joint degree / engineering degree from Engineering / Technology from a recognized University

OR cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India)

For Ground Duty (Non-Technical)

Administration

Passed 10 + 2 with a Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a low score of 60% or equivalent or canceled qualification for the A&B A&B exam of the Institution of Engineers (India) or the Aeronautical Society of India from a minimum of 60% or equivalent marks.

Education:

Passed 10+2 and Post-Graduation with 50% in any discipline, including integrated courses offering PG (Single degree without permission to exit and lateral entry) and 60% marks in Graduation in any field.

For NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch):

Minimum of 60% marks in each Maths and Physics level at 10 + 2 level.

Graduation (Three-Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University with a score of 60% or equivalent. (OR)

BE / B Tech (Four-Year Course) from a recognized University with a 60% or equal mark (OR)

cleared of the A&B category of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a 60% or equivalent mark.

Last year / semester students also have the right to apply, as long as they do not fall behind during the AFSB examination and produce a Degree Certificate issued by the University as an advertising date.

The NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ certificate and validity of the certificate will be two years before the date of advertising.

For Meteorology:

Apply for any science / Mathematics / Mathematics / Geography / Computer Applications / Environmental Science / Applied Physics / Oceanography / Meteorology / Agricultural Weather / Environment and Environment / Geophysics / Environmental Biology with at least 50%

Note: Candidates who are studying in the final year/semester Degree course and are yet to pass the final year degree examination can also apply provided candidate should not have any present backlog and should have secured a minimum of 60% marks upto the last semester/year for which results have been declared upto the time of submission of application.

AFCAT 2 2021 Salary:

Flying Officer – ₹56100 – 177500 at Pay Level – 10, MSP ₹15500 (Flight Cadets shall receive a fixed stipend of ₹56,100/- per month during one year of training.)

AFCAT 2021 Physical Fitness Test:

Candidates should aim to achieve an ability to run 01 miles (1.6 km) in 10 mins, do ten pushups and 03 chin-ups.

Prospective candidates are also advised to keep themselves in good physical condition to adapt to physical training at AFA, which encompasses running, swimming, rope climbing, and other physical training/ conditioning forms.

 They would undergo mandatory tests during training.

Age Limit :

For Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years

For Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches: 20 to 26 years

AFCAT 2021 Selection Process:

AFCAT written examination

Stage-I – Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with Picture Perception and discussion test

Stage-II – Psychological test, Group Tests, and Interview would commence after document check for the next five days.

Medical Examination

An All India Merit List is compiled based on your written test and AFSB interview performance, subject to being medically fit.

For AFCAT Entry: ₹250/-
For NCC particular entry & Meteorology: Not required to pay
